Scoop version
Ensure all feeding utensils are washed and sterilized thoroughly before preparation. To make a serving of Vitaminized Lactum 6+ Powdered Milk Drink CHOCOLATE, add 4 level scoops (approximately 50g) of Vitaminized Lactum 6+ powder to 200mL of warm water (40°C) that has previously been boiled for 5 minutes to make a 234mL beverage. Stir well.

Ensure all feeding utensils are washed and sterilized thoroughly before preparation. To make a serving of Vitaminized Lactum 6+ Powdered Milk Drink CHOCOLATE, add 4 heaping tablespoons (approximately 50g) of Vitaminized Lactum 6+ powder to 200mL of warm water (40°C) that has previously been boiled for 5 minutes to make a 234mL beverage. Stir well.
This product is not suitable as breastmilk substitute.
POWDER STORAGE
Store pouch with DRY scoop inside at room temperature. After opening, fold and clip tightly the cut section. Keep opened pouch in a clean, dry and airtight container. Close the container tightly to ensure freshness. Use contents within 1 month after opening. Use this product before expiry date indicated at the bottom of the carton. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat.
CAUTION
- Please do not consume if there is any packaging defect, missing aluminium foil or if pouch is not sealed.
- If reconstituted beverage is not consumed immediately, keep in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours after mixing.
- After feeding begins, use formula within 1 hour or discard.
